culture
Originally hawked from small boats (艇仔 'little sampan') on the Liwan lake in Guangzhou during the Qing dynasty. The congee mixes fish slices, shredded pork, peanuts, fried dough sticks, scallion, and jellyfish - meant to be eaten immediately while the toppings are still crisp.
