Pork stewed in one big pot with whatever vegetables are at hand: potato, eggplant, green beans, corn, tomato, cabbage. Soft, savoury and soupy, served to share. Northeast home cooking.

usage
乱炖 literally means "stewed in a jumble": whatever vegetables are at hand go into one pot, which is why some menus translate it as "Northeast chaos".
