Jiangnan (Shanghai/Suzhou/Yangzhou) soup noodles in the simplest form: clear broth, thin wheat noodles, scallion oil, a drop of soy, nothing else. The name 阳春 poetically refers to the tenth lunar month, and by folk etymology a bowl cost 10 文 - hence 'ten-month / ten-coin' noodles.
