Tips

history
He spent eight years of the Cultural Revolution on a farm corps in 黑龙江, then studied 日语 (Japanese), the path that led him to the Tokyo embassy (2004–2007). In July 2023 he took the foreign ministry back when 秦刚 was abruptly removed.
