About the ingredient

奶制品 Dairy

Dairy cream, whipped for cakes and stirred into soups and sauces. Many bakery cakes use cheaper non-dairy 植物奶油 instead, so bakers call real cream 动物奶油. In Taiwan and in Chinese food standards, 奶油 means butter.
