鄘 was a small state set up after the Zhou conquest of Shang, in today's northern Henan, and soon absorbed by
卫, so
邶风,
鄘风 and
卫风 are all thought to be songs of Wei. Its ten poems include
载驰 'Galloping', by Lady Xu Mu, often called China's first known woman poet.
