Tips

history
Zhenguan was the reign title of 李世民, Emperor Taizong. The story is told in 贞观政要, a book of his talks with ministers, above all the blunt 魏征. Later ages paired it with 文景之治 of the Han and the 开元盛世 of the later Tang.
