Tips

register
A northern colloquial word with a toneless 子. It is a short name for 莲花落, a ballad sung to bamboo clappers, and the early name of 评剧, the opera that grew out of it in eastern Hebei.
mistakes
Not the Go word 落子 (to place a stone). Here 落 takes its colloquial reading, the same one as in 落枕 (a stiff neck from sleeping badly).
