Before a food, 脆皮 means "crispy-skinned": 脆皮烤鸭, 脆皮炸鸡 (crispy fried chicken). Since 2023 young people also joke that they are 脆皮 in the sense of fragile, as in 脆皮大学生: students who get hurt doing almost nothing.
