Tips

history
The second line of the couplet at 岳王庙, the tomb of 岳飞 by West Lake in Hangzhou, after 青山有幸埋忠骨 'the green hills are fortunate to hold the bones of a loyal man'. Before the tomb kneel iron statues of 秦桧, his wife and two officials blamed for Yue Fei's death in 1142; the iron is 'innocent' because it had no choice but to take their shape.
