Tips

culture
Her Collected Poems won the Pulitzer Prize for Poetry in 1982, nearly twenty years after her death, the first time the prize went to a poet who had died. The book was edited by her husband, the poet Ted Hughes, 泰德·休斯.
usage
Mandarin syllables never start with a consonant cluster, so 'Pl-' is split in two, 普 + 拉. The same trick gives 普拉达 for Prada and 柏拉图 for Plato.
